I have read through this book seven times and each time I gain new insight. I am an addictions councilor and use it with my clients to learn to forgive others and more importantly to forgive themselves. It carries you through a 12 step process of understand a deeper understanding of forgiveness and the forgiveness process. In some places it can be a little esoteric, but hang in there with it. The more you let it in the clearer it becomes. A great book I highly recommend it. A 10 out of 10
